Managing Director

Rohan serves as Founder and Managing Director of Queen Street Capital and brings over nine years of extensive real estate development and finance experience. He currently serves as a consultant to regional merchant banks and real estate development and investment-related firms.

He previously worked for a prominent New-York based real estate family office focusing on acquisitions of commercial real estate in New York City and prior to that at real estate private equity firm Round Hill Capital and development specialist HUB Group in London, assisting with the sourcing, acquisition, financing and exit of pan-European commercial, residential, hospitality and development transactions.

Rohan currently resides in Barbados and holds an undergraduate MA (Hons) in Management from the University of St Andrews, Scotland and a postgraduate MSc in Real Estate from Bayes (formerly CASS) Business School, London.
